Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in. This allows us to offer the available time slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled(s). For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a fee of 50-100% of the anticipated services will be charged. Should you need to reschedule on the same day as your appointment, please note that rescheduling fees may apply due to the unavailability of that time slot for others. Certain services, such as Bridal Packages, require earlier notice for cancellations. We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will do our utmost to accommodate these situations.
