Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This will allow other clients to book the available time slot. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. For cancellations on the day of the appointment or no-shows, 50-100% of the projected services will be charged. If you reschedule on the same day as your appointment, you may be subject to rescheduling fees as the time slot would be unavailable to other clients. For some services, such as Bridal Packages, earlier notice must be given for cancellations. We understand that accidents, sickness, and emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.
